Здравствуйте! Спасибо за доклад. По Вашему мнению, как найти баланс между защитой прав потребителей и предотвращением злоупотреблений, чтобы остановить рост потребительского экстремизма без ущемления законных интересов покупателей?

Hell Victoria , based on my Knowledge, the Balance can be find as:  Balancing consumer rights and preventing consumer extremism:

  1. Educate Consumers: Teach rights and responsibilities, digital literacy, clear info.
  2. Retailer Safeguards: Transparent policies, trained staff, reasonable returns, document everything, monitor for abuse.
  3. Enforcement: Fair arbitration, consistent laws, clear guidelines, graduated penalties (use blacklisting VERY cautiously).
  4. Balance: Presume good faith, proportionate responses, regular policy reviews, stakeholder dialogue.

Key: Transparency, fairness, education, and due process. Avoid overreach that harms legitimate buyers.
