Annotation: This article examines the determinants of interregional variability in labor productivity with the aim of identifying the factors driving spatial inequality. The study analyzes indicators such as GRP, GRP per capita per employed person, capital productivity, capital-labor ratio, and others. Specifically, regional territorial characteristics, specialization, capital intensity, and labor intensity influence interregional variability in labor productivity across Russian Federation constituent entities.
