Annotation: The paper provides a brief analysis of the development of the construction industry in the Komi Republic for the period 2005-2025. There are three periods of dynamics: the period of active growth, the economic crisis and consequences, and the post-crisis period. A brief description of the current state of the industry is given. Development prospects are outlined.
