Annotation: In the system of economic security of the state, corruption occupies a special place as one of the most dangerous destabilizing factors. The article analyzes the current state of Russia's anti-corruption policy and identifies key problems that hinder effective counteraction to this phenomenon. Based on the conducted research, the author proposes directions for improving methods of combating corruption aimed at strengthening the economic security of the region and the country.
