Annotation: The article examines the impact of the Bank of Russia's monetary policy on the investment strategies of major metallurgical holdings such as PJSC Severstal, PJSC MMK, PJSC NLMK, PJSC MMK Norilsk Nickel and JSC RUSAL BRATSK. The author analyzes the dynamics of borrowed capital and the structure of investments in conditions of a high key interest rate.
