Annotation: The article examines theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the industrial ecosystem of the Donetsk People’s Republic based on scientific and technological priorities. The role of ecosystem and agglomeration approaches in ensuring spatial connectivity, technological modernization and intersectoral cooperation is substantiated. Key directions for the formation of the regional industrial ecosystem and mechanisms for integrating scientific, educational, industrial and digital development contours are identified
