Annotation: The author analyzes the practices of various forms of labor organization in Russian companies based on the results of the Russian part of the international study of human resource management practices CRANET (Cranfield Network on Comparative Human Resource Management), conducted in 2021. The results of the study revealed the differentiation of labor organization methods in different types of companies.
