Annotation: The dynamics of the number of Russian citizens staying in collective accommodation facilities in the Northwestern Federal District have been analyzed. Significant regional contrasts in the dynamics and intensity of tourist flow have been identified. The results obtained can serve as an empirical basis for subsequent studies of the connectivity and gaps in regional value chains of tourism services
