Annotation: This article examines the role of creative clusters as a driver of economic growth within the Russian economy. The author analyzes the concept of the creative economy—its structure and its contribution to Russia's GDP. Particular attention is devoted to public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms, identified as the most effective model for managing creative clusters. The article highlights current achievements and future prospects for the development of creative clusters in Russia. Furthermore, the author proposes specific directions for the further improvement of state policy in the creative industries sector.
