Annotation: Using the indicators of the population's welfare level (PLL) and the development of transport infrastructure, a panel regression model was constructed. This model is applied to statistical data by the Central Federal District (FD), the Volga One, and the Southern One, and a series of graphs is provided. The model’s dependent variable is the PLL indicator.
