Annotation: In our study, an attempt was made to structure the existing services provided and to find out what support measures are lacking for representatives of socially vulnerable categories of the population, in particular for people with disabilities. Methods of induction, semi-structured narrative interviews with 10 people with disabilities from different municipalities in the region, and the method of comparison were used.
