Annotation: The study shows that residents of Siberian and Far Eastern regions rate their living conditions more negatively than the national average. Regions experiencing rapid population outflow have significantly lower incomes, and the number of low-income residents and those dissatisfied with their living conditions is 1.5 times higher.
