Annotation: The purpose of this work is to the theoretical and methodological aspects and reflects the main areas of development for the region's socio-demographic policy: developing scientific and innovative sectors, ensuring sustainable economic growth, improving the quality and standard of living, and developing human capital and the social sphere in the context of global transformations. The article identifies the priority of using an integrated approach to achieve stable socio-demographic development in the region, reflected in a high standard of living, positive demographic indicators, and economic sustainability.
