Annotation: This paper examines the human capital of the older generation using the Active Ageing Index methodology, using Moscow as a case study. A sociological survey of Moscow residents revealed the high potential for socioeconomic activity among older adults across various age groups, as well as the existing institutional constraints to realizing this potential.
