Annotation: This article examines employment issues in the context of growing trends in polyworking and sabbatical work among young people. It is shown that labor market development requires taking into account trends in instability employment and resource-saving behavior among young people. The article also highlights the need to review hiring and retention practices, seniority calculations, and the system of providing social guarantees in employment.
