Annotation: Article aims to consider the importance of student subject stance in higher education. The importance of subjectivity for the construction and implementation of an individual educational trajectory, the meaningful use of artificial intelligence tools, and the development of a culture of life-long education is shown. It is concluded that in the context of higher education reform, subjectivity is especially important for the formation of a whole and socially responsible personality.
