Annotation: This article examines the professional competencies of young engineers amidst the growing demand for engineering professionals. The analysis of open-source materials reveals gaps and differences in the training of young specialists in the region, allowing these gaps to be addressed when refining university curricula and establishing more effective collaboration between business and education.
