Annotation: Young people's cultural consumption (attending theaters, museums, and festivals) is an undervalued resource for developing their workforce potential. Drawing on theories of human, social, and cultural capital, the author demonstrates that cultural practices develop soft skills, expand professional networks, and foster motivation for self-realization, serving as a pragmatic tool for enhancing competitiveness in the creative economy.
