Annotation: The report analyzes the passport of the federal project "Labor Productivity". Systemic shortcomings of the document (substitution of results with activity, formalization of indicators, lack of linkage between funding and actual needs) are identified, and measures to eliminate them are proposed to achieve target indicators.
