Russians' care for their mental health: national and regional trends

Annotation: Based on the analysis of data from All-Russian surveys, as well as our own empirical research conducted in the Perm Region (n=6192), general trends in self-preservation practices of mental health care (priority of physical and recreational practices), and differences (relatively low prevalence of psychological practices in the Perm Region relative to the Russian Federation as a whole) were identified.
