Annotation: This study presents an analysis of statistical data on the consumption of cultural services in the Northwestern Federal District. Despite the geopolitical instability and external factors, a positive trend has been revealed. The conclusion is made about the need to adjust socio-cultural policy, taking into account regional differentiation.
