Annotation: This article analyzes the impact of the environmental situation on the labor market and quality of life in the Murmansk Region as key factors in the development of human capital in the Arctic region. Measures for integrating environmental priorities into regional employment and human capital development policies are proposed. The study's results are relevant for developing strategies for the sustainable socioeconomic development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.
