Annotation: This article examines the phenomenon of mobile employment as an object of management sociology. Based on a survey of students at three universities in Ufa, a rough social profile of mobile workers was compiled, identifying their motivational priorities and migration attitudes. Particular attention is paid to the management aspects of this category of professionals' presence in communities. Recommendations for adapting international practices (Tallinn, Lisbon) to Russian conditions are offered.
