  7. Electronic and distance learning in the school education system of the Republic of Bashkortostan: state, problems and development prospects

    Annotation: The article examines the state of implementation of electronic and distance learning (EDL) in general education organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Based on an analysis of the regulatory framework, statistical data from regional monitoring, and scientific publications from 2023–2026, the key infrastructural, methodological, and personnel features of the digital transformation of school education in the region are identified. Special attention is paid to the problems of digital inequality between urban and rural schools, levels of digital competence of teachers, the quality of digital content in the Bashkir and Russian languages, as well as the organizational and psychological aspects of distance interaction. Scientifically grounded recommendations are formulated for the development of hybrid educational models, improving staff qualifications, creating regional digital resources, and improving the quality monitoring system for EDL.
