Annotation: This paper presents a summary of the author's research on spatial processes occurring in the high-latitude territories of the Far East, which are emerging as a single economic enclave, historically integrated by deep reproductive and infrastructural ties. Scientific and practical evidence is obtained demonstrating the need for institutional regulation of the creation of this economic entity to generate new sources of emergent effects.
