XI Научно-практическая интернет-конференция «Глобальные вызовы и региональное развитие в зеркале социологических измерений»
В условиях меняющейся геополитической и экономической реальности, внешнего давления и высокой неопределенности глобальных процессов государственная политика фокусируется на долгосрочной устойчивости и поиске новых механизмов демографического роста. Современный этап социально-демографического развития страны характеризуется все новыми вызовами, такими как продолжающиеся процессы старения населения, снижение рождаемости, трансформация миграционных потоков, обострение структурных дисбалансов на рынках труда. Прошедший год ознаменовался целой плеядой нормативно-правовых актов, меняющих курс социально-демографической политики страны: были приняты новая Концепция миграционной политики, План реализации семейной политики, рассчитанный до 2036 года, Стратегия развития здравоохранения РФ на ближайшие пять лет и ряд других документов. Интенсивность институциональных изменений требует принципиально новых подходов к мониторингу и аналитическому сопровождению происходящих процессов, которые на сегодняшний день, осложняются существенной трансформацией системы статистического учета.
Вместе с тем, процессы структурной перенастройки экономической, социальной и демографических сфер продолжаются и приобретают все более сложный и многомерный характер. Вопросы трансформации рынка труда, развития человеческого капитала, социокультурной трансформации, цифровизации экономики и общества, а также новых форм взаимодействия государства и общества находятся в центре внимания не только научного сообщества, но и профильных ведомств, и представителей бизнес-структур. Особую важность приобретают задачи повышения качества жизни населения, сокращения социального неравенства и формирование устойчивых экосистем благополучия как на федеральном, так и региональном уровнях.
В этой связи XI международная научно-практическая интернет-конференция «Глобальные вызовы и региональное развитие в зеркале социологических измерений» (далее – Конференция) станет площадкой для поиска эффективных механизмов адаптации российского общества к новой социальной реальности с учетом актуальных вызовов современности.
Обсуждение вопросов Конференции планируется в рамках 3 тематических секций (более подробно их содержание представлено в разделе III настоящего информационного письма):
1. Демографическое развитие территорий в контексте глобальных вызовов.
2. Экосистема благополучия населения: рынок труда, образование и качество жизни.
3. Социокультурная трансформация российского общества: результаты и перспективы.
