Annotation: The article is devoted to the analysis of digital economy trends and necessary changes in the management system. The issues of regulation and support for startups, as well as the problems of protecting personal data and ensuring equal access to digital services are considered. The importance of investments in infrastructure and education for training personnel capable of adapting to new economic realities is emphasized. In conclusion, it is noted that the successful development of the digital economy is possible only with close cooperation between government, business structures and civil society, which requires an integrated and sustainable approach.
