Annotation: Reduced supply in the labor market and its suboptimal structure are often the main reasons for the shortage of personnel in various regions and sectors of the economy. They can lead to a slowdown in economic growth, a decrease in productivity and a deterioration in the quality of services, and an increase in the costs of attracting and retaining employees.
