Annotation: The article examines the issue of consumer extremism in Russia and its impact on small and medium-sized businesses. Based on AKRT data (2022-2024), it analyzes financial losses, increasing litigation and most vulnerable product categories. Special attention is paid to the case of mass Christmas tree returns in Kazan. Legislative improvements are proposed to better protect business interests.
