Annotation: Abstract: This paper examines the challenges and opportunities facing Russia’s regional economies among ongoing structural and technological shifts. It investigates the impacts of these transformations on territorial socio-economic development, focusing on strategies for enhancing resilience and fostering diversification. Our predictive analysis, using a regional literature data study, reveals that regions with scores above 0.60 experienced an average GDP growth rate of 3.5% annually, compared to 1.2% for those below 0.40. Econometric modelling indicates a coefficient of 0.45 (p < 0.01) between technological investment and GDP growth. The research explores the interplay between domestic demand stimulation, territorial efficiency improvements, scientific-technological potential utilization, and value chain development, all within the context of Russia's evolving economic landscape.
