Annotation: The paper analyzes financial risk management tools for bank clients, including analytical and diagnostic methods, risk assessment models such as Value-at-Risk, hedging and diversification methods, etc. The integration of tools into corporate governance and their adaptation to customer specifics are considered. The article highlights the practical application of tools in the Russian banking sector, identifying universal solutions and taking into account industry specifics, which can be useful to specialists and scientists in the field of risk management.
