Annotation: This material examines the possibility of creating conditions (system) in which small businesses will receive certain tax benefits when employing certain categories of citizens (in particular, graduates of higher education institutions without work experience, women after maternity leave and citizens of pre-retirement age), potential positive aspects and implementation difficulties are analyzed.
