Annotation: The article identifies the main problems that hinder the preservation of cultural and historical heritage, as well as the development of culture and art in general in the context of digitalization of the economy, the introduction of artificial intelligence and globalization of the economy. Among them: insufficient funding, personnel problems, technical equipment, etc. The authors provide examples of solutions to a number of problems that can be used both at the national and regional levels.
