Annotation: A methodology for assessing the innovative and industrial potential of regions has been developed. It has been determined that the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are characterized by the highest indicators. The minimum values are typical for the Republics of Karelia and Komi.
