Annotation: This article examines the features of labor processes that ensure a systematic increase in labor productivity in high-tech regional and industrial complexes. Several essential characteristics of the labor process are highlighted and trends in the development of labor activity in high-tech industries are presented. The systemic directions of state regulation of ensuring sustainable dynamics of labor productivity growth in high-tech regional and sectoral complexes have been identified.
