Annotation: The issues of production and consumption are considered in terms of their balanced interaction based on the fundamental laws of economic development, the natural needs of the population, and rational human interaction with nature in matters of production and consumption. The assessment is based on a speculative approach, focusing on making a profit at any cost, ignoring corporate social responsibility, currency speculation and speculation with the lending rate. The need to increase the culture of consumption was noted, and recommendations were made to achieve a unified structure of goals between government authorities and the Central Bank, as a necessary condition for sustainable development with increasing rather than decreasing economic growth rates.
