Annotation: The analysis of the effectiveness of municipal management in the Krasnodar city district is carried out through the analysis of key groups of indicators: economic, infrastructural and socio-cultural. Contradictions between statistical data and the real quality of life are revealed. It has been established that the growth of the budget and investments does not guarantee the solution of systemic problems.
