Annotation: The relevance of research on international cooperation in modern conditions is due to changing factors affecting the models of foreign economic activity of Russian companies, the active use of methods of direct regulation and restrictions on international transactions. The proposed model of process management of international cooperation makes it possible to form a network structure of international cooperation by attracting the necessary resource potential of a foreign partner.
