Annotation: This article identifies and describes the main barriers faced by young performers and, based on the qualitative research conducted, formulates possible ways to overcome these problems. Of course, solving these problems will contribute not only to the success of individual performers, but also to the development of the music industry as a whole, which plays an important role in shaping the cultural identity of the country.
