Annotation: The article is devoted to the problems of municipal property management using the example of the city of Nizhneudinsk, Irkutsk region. The issues of inefficient accounting and distribution of property, legal uncertainty and low transparency of management are considered. The conflict between the city and district authorities affecting the financing and development of infrastructure is considered. The need to reform municipal property management and strengthen control is emphasized.
