Annotation: The article examines the problem of teachers' readiness to work with heterogeneous groups of students, including students with different levels of training, educational needs and cultural characteristics. Key components of professional readiness are analyzed, including pedagogical flexibility, adaptive teaching methods and intercultural communication skills. Methods for developing this competence in teachers are presented, as well as practical recommendations for effective teaching in heterogeneous audiences.
