Annotation: This study presents the results of assessing the balance of the labor market in urban agglomerations of the second echelon: Vologda, Arkhangelsk, Tambov, Kaluga, Norilsk, Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. A number of directions for regulating the labor market of urban agglomerations are proposed.
