Annotation: The article highlights socio-cultural development in the context of the socio-economic development of the region (Strategy-2030) and rural areas. According to the authors, the dynamics of birth, death, and child morbidity rates are among the key factors in achieving the goals of Strategy-2030, and, consequently, the socio-cultural development of the region.
