Annotation: The article examines the influence of corporate culture on the labor stability of rotational workers under conditions of social isolation and extreme factors. The key corporate culture models, specific personnel adaptation mechanisms, and support practices aimed at reducing stress levels and enhancing occupational safety are analyzed.
