Annotation: The selected results of a survey conducted by the Wave of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the Vologda region in 2025 are presented. The features of the perception of well-being of life by people over 65 years of age with symptoms of anxiety and/or depression are considered. For them, the parameters of social security, inclusion in public life, social status and spiritual development turned out to be more significant
