Annotation: The article examines the problems of the modern education system in the context of digitalization and technological changes using the example of the Republic of Belarus. The author analyzes a current sociological study conducted to identify the level of satisfaction of teaching staff with the quality of education. The main advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in the educational process are identified.
