Annotation: Modern modernization, re-equipment, digitalization of medicine, as well as the introduction of new formats for providing medical care to the population, force us to take a fresh look at the professional training and development of the necessary competencies of employees. This study presents the results of a study on the attitude of medical workers in Moscow to the existing accreditation system, in order to identify their motivation for self-education in terms of compliance with the competencies of the "doctors of the future."
