Annotation: This article examines the problems and challenges faced by vulnerable groups in the field of socio-cultural activities, as well as their impact on the quality of life. The article analyzes the specifics of working with these groups, emphasizing the need for an individual approach, cultural adaptation programs and the involvement of social workers and volunteers.
